Part of getting to know you and providing safe, customized support involves reviewing your medical history. Certain medical conditions and medications can affect your treatment recommendations. In preparation for your visit, we request that you provide us with your complete medical history and a list of your medications (including vitamins and supplements) when filling out our Patient Info Form, which submits directly to us online. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your reserved time to allow us to gather any additional details needed. A member of our team will give you a tour of our office and introduce you to any available staff members. Once in your treatment room, we will obtain the necessary x-rays and pictures, then you will meet your doctor. A comprehensive exam of your entire mouth will be completed and measurements will be taken to determine your gum health. At this point we will discuss the type of teeth cleaning that will best suit your needs.
